A lot of Australians don’t think of themselves as citizens of a foreign country when they apply for a visa, even if they are born there.

Basic applicants are exempt from having to prove their nationality to other Australians.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over and be a full-time student in Australia.
Personal Information Personal Information (PII) is information about a person, including personal details such as their social security number, address, phone number, email address, date of birth and a bank account number.
It can be anything that can be linked to a specific person.
This includes: name, address and date of birthday
