Wells Fargo is facing a slew of privacy and identity security issues, including a massive $1.2 billion class action lawsuit alleging that the bank violated the Electronic Fund Transfer Act.

    And it’s not the first time that the giant has been hit with a class action.

    In the past, Wells Fargo has faced similar lawsuits for using customer information in other ways, and the lawsuit alleges that the company uses that information to target people for fraud and predatory lending.
